New Law: No Disrupting Schools or Drug Dealers

Once upon a time, the only thing that could get you in trouble in the land of the free and the home of the brave was squeezing the Charmin.

But, not anymore. The Boston bomber wasn’t the only one arrested last week, two other very dangerous individuals were also arrested by our brave law officers, but in different states.

First Dangerous Criminal: From Virginia…Jared Lardieri it seems wore ‘offensive’ clothing to school, so he was suspended and then, arrested.

Allen Lardieri (Jared’s father) says that he was informed by Logan City Police on Thursday that his son was facing two charges, obstructing an officer and disrupting the education process. However, Jared’s attorney Ben White says that wasn’t the police department’s call to make.

“He was arrested, he was put into handcuffs, he was removed from the school and brought to the Logan City Police Department,” White said. “Charges aren’t officially filed or brought until the prosecuting attorney’s signs off on them and they don’t do that willy nilly.  They do that after a thorough investigation.”

While you and I know, there IS no education process going on in our public schools to disrupt, there had to be another reason he was expelled. Obviously the teachers were very upset at someone expressing their support of the Constitution, which according to the 1st and 4th amendment, gives him the right to have a gun, and wear a tee-shirt with a picture of it on the front. After all, he didn’t bring a gun to school.

So, not only do they want guns outlawed, they want the pictures of the guns outlawed too. Unless of course your tee- shirt had a picture of a police officer holding a M-16. THAT would be okay.

The school district’s dress code prohibits profanity, violence, discriminatory messages, but as noted in this report, gun images are not on the list.

What seemed to really make the elites high and mighty liberal teachers mad, was that most of the students were supporting the kid and were wearing the same shirts.

Second Dangerous Criminal: In Missouri, the land of “Drugs are sold in hallways of all high schools” a mother got so frustrated with watching her kid get hooked on heroin, she went after the heroin pusher herself, because the armed cops could care less, and she is now facing up to a year in jail:

A Missouri mother is becoming a bit of a folk hero after facing charges for attacking her son’s alleged heroin dealer with an aluminum baseball bat.

Sherrie Gavan of Imperial, near St. Louis, was arraigned Monday on charges of third-degree assault. According to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, she tried everything to protect her son, Clayton, including change his high school. But when all of her efforts failed, the desperate mother drove to the home of 21-year-old Joshua Loyd — her son’s presumed heroin dealer — and struck him with an aluminum bat. She claimed that she went to Loyd’s home to tell him to stay away from her son and her family, but after witnessing Loyd retrieve an item from his car, she became fearful. That’s when she returned to her car to get the bat.

“How can we as law enforcement turn our backs on someone who has been assaulted?” Boyer told the paper. “I understand her intentions, but we have laws.”

Yes…that’s the new mantra: We have laws. And you cannot assault our drug dealers.

How do we fight this insanity? Well…if all the kids in all the public schools got NRA tee-shirts and wore them every day, sooner or later they’d have to close the schools down.

Pity.

As for the mother: She picked the wrong weapon. I would have smacked him really hard in the head with an NRA tee-shirt. According to Obama’s law, it’s a very dangerous weapon.

Farmer Warns Neighbors About Obama

This is refreshing…an American calling it like he sees it about Obama and his policies, and he is just trying to warn his neighbors against what’s coming: But, the city of course, wants him to take it down, because…it’s too big. Nobody Thinks it’s sort of the same thinking they have about gun control: you can have a gun, just so it only shoots so far.

You can have a sign, as long as it’s little enough that nobody sees it.

They slice away the 1st and 2nd amendments…slowly…like a piece of cheese.

If I lived by this farmer, I’d bake him a cake for his birthday…

Here we are, just a week after the election, and if it was lawful to print out the bad news on the internet and burn them in some kind of puritanical ritual in my back yard…I would. But, that was outlawed years ago. Here’s a few headlines:

What’s in a “Racist” Dictionary?

There is certainly one thing that has been extremely annoying about having our first mulatto President. Wait…no…I mean our first BLACK President. (Was that a racist remark?) I don’t know. And that’s the point, it seems that if you say,  ”Obama is a ketchup eater” —you WILL be called a racist.

And today it seems, the ‘racist’ Sarah Palin said this:

“Why the lies? Why the cover up? Why the dissembling about the cause of the murder of our ambassador on the anniversary of the worst terrorist attacks on American soil? We deserve answers to this. President Obama’s shuck and jive shtick with these Benghazi lies must end,” Palin wrote.

According to the user-submitted Urban Dictionary, the term “originally referred to the intentionally misleading words and actions that African-Americans would employ in order to deceive racist Euro-Americans in power, both during the period of slavery and afterwards.”

Wow. Who knew that the black community used to try to deceive, rob, and harm “racist” European Americans? I didn’t.

And if the shoe fits, why can’t we say it? I’d say Sarah used the perfect selection of words. Notice that when Joe Biden was addressing a mostly black audience he talked like a “black” man and threatened that they (meaning all the blacks) would all go back into chains if Romney was elected.

That’s the way to talk to those plantation negroes Joe! Put them in their place!

Also notice, how he got out of that “racist” comment. Joe Biden could call Obama his long-john looped homeboy nigga nimrod, and everyone would just laugh

The Benghzi Raid: Obama’s Lame Grab at Our lst Amendment Rights

Since the last debate, most everyone, on FOX and other TV stations are beyond comprehension about why the Obama administration claimed for weeks that the Benghazi attack was a terrorist attack, but instead blamed it on a video. Everyone saw our UN ambassador, Ms Rice on five Sunday Talk Shows, saying with all her convictions, that the Benghazi attack was about the video. Hillary came out and made that long video and expressed how that horrible video was so bad, it was NOT made by the government!

NO…OUR govenment, Hillary & Obama, would NEVER speak against Islam! Nobody wants to admit it, but our President is a Muslim and is promoting the Muslims cause. (See picture, those are HIS words.)

Hillary was more appalled by the video than anything else. Both her and Obama were apologizing profusely. Then they spent $ 70 million dollars making an apology to the Muslims. What does that tell you?

Thank GOD for free speech, because some reporter at CNN got the dairy of the ambassador. The Obama story of “that horrible video” got thrown off the front page. The nation turned its eyes from the millions of Muslims all over the world burning our flags to the obvious blunders and sheer callousness of Obama and Hillary, and they had to quickly go into the funeral, WE CARE..mood. Nobody has any doubt that they knew it was a terrorist attack. They planned to use the event, to get us all used to the idea that we shouldn’t talk against Islam.

They might have even set up the attack, as some insiders have suggested. It’s evident that getting “hate speech against Islam” outlawed in America is on Obama’s wish list of “Things to do.

Days later…Obama made his big defense of “free speech” at the United Nations. He HAD too. As you can see by this video, he figured to show his hand now, was not smart. Better get reelected first.

The plan is to make it illegal to speak against Islam in America, is top on Obama’s list.

Think about it.  You could tell by BOTH Hillary’s and Obama’s profuse apologies that they believe, and wish with all their hearts, that to talk against Islam SHOULD  be a crime in America, but sadly there’s that pesky Constitution. They were talking to the MUSLIMS, not us.

Since the whole Muslims world went on the rampage, no doubt many of these protest had been staged, and  planned, specifically to FORCE America into thinking that the risk of talking against Islam was just too important. An exception should be made to Islam. All the Mullah’s have been demanding it at the UN…to make speaking against Islam a crime.

In other words, Obama wanted to use the moment, but…the deaths of the four Americans, and CNN finding the diary, screwed his moment up.

Obama arrested that man, no doubt to please the Muslims. Obama should have been impeached for that act alone.

Now that effort has come to a head with the new President of Egypt President Mohamed Mursi calling for enactment of an anti-blasphemy law at the United Nations.

In 2009, the Obama administration co-sponsored the UN’s free speech code:

The text of the resolution provided that “the exercise of the right to freedom of expression carries with it special duties and responsibilities”–and condemned “negative racial and religious stereotyping,” and stated that the media had a special “moral and social responsibility” to develop “voluntary codes of professional ethical conduct” regarding these topics.

Tell me..”voluntary” ? Do you NOT see the very danger we are all in with this man?

The FBI training manual changed. Nearly 900 pages of training that was considered offensive were deleted. Members like Congressman Allen West, Florida Republican, and Congressman Louie Gohmert, Texas Republican, were critical of the purge.

Obama is already outlawing speech against Islam. And lately, we are seeing it being taught in our schools. This is no random act.

What many Americans don’t realize, is that if Obama is reelected, he can sign treaties. Obama can sign treaties with the UN that can take away all our right. Guns will be almost outlawed along with free speech. It wasn’t brought up in the last debate by chance, it was planted there. All they need is a Democratic Senate to do it.

Next will be the internet.

The good news is: We still have free speech. CNN, usually a defender of Obama, did some good reporting and got out the truth.

I don’t even want to talk about the bad news. You already know it.

If America wasn’t the laughing stock of the world before, we are now. To have an American President, his Secretary of State, his UN Ambassador,  and his White House Press secretary…all declare that the recent murders and attack on our embassy’s all over the world were because of some movie and the “horrible’ speech in that movie…a MOVIE that was made by an Egyptian/American Christian –and that it was the movie that angered the Muslims all over the world…NOT the hatred for Obama or America—

It leaves Nobody wondering if we should send some real Ghostbusters to the White House. That place is haunting us. I think King Tut is hiding somewhere in Obama’s bathroom. In fact, I think he really thinks he’s a decendant. (see video)

This “Everybody loves Obama, and  we really don’t want you to speak against Muslims”  policy from the Obama administration is almost beyond belief.

Or is it?

If this isn’t proof that the man in the White House is dangerous, I don’t know what is. In fact, only one good woman has been calling the alarm on this man, and long before 9/11: Michelle Bachmann.

“Last October, many prominent Islamic organizations wrote a letter to the White House,” Bachmann said, “where they urged our White House to do a complete purge from any federal training materials from references to the ideology of Islam to ensure that all trainers in our U.S. military, our FBI and other U.S. security agencies be retrained so they would be brainwashed in political correctness toward Islam. That’s enforced Islamic speech codes here in the United States. And all done with the help of our president and secretary of state.”

Bachmann, who also called Obama “the most dangerous American president we have ever had on foreign policy,” was referring to an FBI probe first reported by Wired Magazine in February that eliminated, wrote Wired, “over 700 pages of documentation from approximately 300 presentations given to agents since 9/11 … describing ‘mainstream’ Muslims as ‘violent.’”

It’s very clear; That the Obama administration could care less about free speech.  Why else would the author of that film be…”Interviewed?” Why else change the FBI language to “not offend?”

Obama  will be going after the people that made the film.  Obama and Hillary KNOW that too many people are aware of our free speech rights, so they will just arrest people in the name of National Security.

If Obama considers the people that made this film a danger to America (and not the millions of Muslims killing and threatening mass destruction) obviously since it’s their belief it CAUSED the murder of their ambassador, then he can have him arrested and held indefinitely. He gave himself that power and Congress did nothing to stop him.

The Libyan government says American was warned. Our Ghostbusting MS RICE says…oh no, we were not warned.

WHO YOU GONNA CALL!? OBAMA!

Obama is already training troops for it….to arrest the American citizen.

Obama can’t put us all in jail. We must NOT shut up. If we want to speak out against a Muslim, we have just as much right as they do to speak out against us. Free speech is at hand here.

He will use all his power and his people to “shame” us into not talking against Muslims. So Nobody is going to forget to call it what it is: What the Muslims are doing all over the world is barbaric. And Obama is, as Clint Eastwood pointed out, only thinking about “I.”

And…Who ARE you going to call ?

Nobody calling the Ghostbusters—I think I would stand a better chance of getting help.

Obama Wants Your Free Speech Rights…

Just when the government is going to take over the internet.

If you wonder why you are not noticing your freedoms being chipped away, let me say this: They get your eyes glued to a scandal, and then quietly pass a law that hurts us all while we’re busy talking about it.

They did this with the new US patent laws…did you know about that? That the US patent laws have now gone global? The big boys of all the big multinational companies now sit on the patent board?

Well no, Tiger Woods and his favorite sexual putter, was being splashed all over the TV.

And while we are going to be talking about Herman Cain’s sex scandals, on November the 20th, Obama is going to take over the internet, right before Thanksgiving…when all the Congress goes on break. Obamacare was passed the same way.

The Federal Communication Commission’s (FCC) Net Neutrality Act, passed last December, gives President Obama and the FCC power over the Internet. Every website you visit …every server you access … every blog you create … every bit of information you read … is about to come under the administration of the federal government. And, they can shut down any website they want, without judicial review! (Think about what happened in Egypt during the uprisings!)

Here’s another point that should bother us all:

The FCC Diversity Czar, Mark Lloyd, is AGAINST freedom of speech! He is on-record PRAISING Hugo Chavez for shutting down private media companies. The Net Neutrality Act seems to be part of a larger effort by the Obama administration to exert power and speech restrictions over the entirety of the Internet, what you can see when you are on it, and how you access it.

Now, we all know the internet is the last place for the common man to speak his mind. To lose this wonderful tool would be devastating.

As these guys said: The internet is the one thing that has not been taken over, ( although Google is doing a good job at gathering information on everyone) but after November, they will be able to censor anything they don’t like. Obama has said he will veto anything that is anti-Net Neutrality.

They won’t do this Joyanna, you say?

Well, just watch them.  Call your Senators and complain, and pray that good men stand up.
